KIRKUK, Iraq - AhlulBayt News Agency - A security source in Kirkuk province said on Monday, that the ISIS elements attacked sites for the Peshmerga forces in the vicinity of Qasba bashir, while pointed out to the killing of 19 ISIS elements during clashes between the two sides.
The source reported briefly that “Today, ISIS attacked sites in the village of al-Boum in the vicinity of Qasba Bashir (25 km south of Kirkuk),” noting that, “The Peshmerga forces foiled the attack, in addition to killing eight [ISIS] elements and wounding 11 others.”
The source added, “The rest of them fled to the areas controlled by [ISIS] in the vicinity of al-Rashad.”
